Wow! Mind you, in this era of unmitigated bullshit, I have a hard time believing this gesture is anything other than propaganda.

:-) Well, their motives are no doubt mixed, but that doesn't much matter to me. That doing such a thing could strike them as good PR signifies (and promotes) a greater awareness.
