Beautiful images and words, Beth. The first photo reminds me of some French Impressionist paintings and your friend's garden is truly stunning - what a joy it must be to live there. Your drawings too celebrate the inexhaustible wonder of nature.

Who was Cassandra?


  • In the Iliad, she is described as the loveliest of the daughters of Priam (King of Troy), and gifted with prophecy. The god Apollo loved her, but she spurned him.
